【Introduction】
This product is white or slightly yellow solid, non-staining, made from natural silk fibroin without any chemical additives.
【Chemical Properties】
1、The main molecular structure is stabilized. The structure of silk fibroin mainly has irregular structure, α-Spiral structure and β-Folded structure. Freeze-dried Soluble Silk Fibroin(Aseptic) is mainly dominated by irregular structure and α-Spiral structure before preparation. After being formulated into solutions of various concentrations, through the change of external environment or technical means, the structure is induced to transform to the stable β-folded structure, forming a stable crystalline region. This provides the material with excellent mechanical properties and enzymatic degradability, thereby enabling the preparation of various silk fibroin-based materials.
2、It is not prone to deterioration and is stable in nature.Unlike silk fibroin solution, Freeze-dried Soluble Silk Fibroin(Aseptic) is stable in structure and nature, which is convenient for long-term preservation and transportation, and doesn’t deteriorate due to changes in external conditions.
3、Freeze-dried Soluble Silk Fibroin(Aseptic)has a large molecular weight of 50-100 kDa.
【Advantages】
1、Produced with high quality silk raw materials. Raw materials are sourced from the silkworm farming base affiliated with Jiangsu Soho International Group, which is the best natural environment of sericulture production in Jiangsu Province silkworm species production base, and is also the designated core production base for silkworm species conservation and breeding by the Jiangsu Provincial Silkworm Seed Management Office.
2、It has been registered and filed through the Master File system of the Medical Device Technical Evaluation Center of the National Medical Products Administration.
3、Easy to store and redissolve.
