【Introduction】
Dermal-epidermal Junction（DEJ）is a type of extracellular matrix that exists in all organs and tissues in the human body and assumes important functions.Located at the interface between the epidermis and the dermis of the skin, it is a wavy reticular structure with a length of about 0.5 μm to 1 μm,which is the interface and transition structure between the two layers. The main components include type IV and VII collagen,laminin,reticulin/nestin,integrins,and others.Through their cross-linking to form a reticular structure,the basement membrane constitutes a rich variety of biological functions, mainly for the epidermal-dermal connections,signaling function and permeability barrier function.
